Meet Tom Gorman, Founder and Managing Director

DLM Academy is the culmination of my experience across higher education and the corporate world. Having worked with learners, managers, leaders and organisations throughout my career, I founded DLM Academy to help develop future-ready leaders who can thrive in an increasingly digital and AI-enabled world.

Having previously worked within a CMI Approved Centre and completed CMI qualifications up to Level 8, I have experienced first-hand the quality and impact of professional leadership development.
